About The Role We’re looking for a driven Talent Sourcer to join ŌninTech/Search in a full-time, onsite role. You’ll identify and engage qualified professional and technical talent, build strong candidate pipelines, and partner with Technical Recruiters to support current and future hiring needs. You’ll also assist with key recruiting operations, including candidate updates, onboarding, payroll support, and pipeline management. About The Role We’re looking for a driven Talent Sourcer to join ŌninTech/Search in a full-time, onsite role. You’ll identify and engage qualified professional and technical talent, build strong candidate pipelines, and partner with Technical Recruiters to support current and future hiring needs. You’ll also assist with key recruiting operations, including candidate updates, onboarding, payroll support, and pipeline management. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong communication and relationship-building skills with organization and attention to detail. What You'll Do Source and engage qualified professional and technical talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other channels. Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Conduct initial candidate conversations to assess qualifications, interest, compensation expectations, and availability. Partner with Technical Recruiters to understand hiring needs and adjust sourcing strategies. Maintain accurate candidate, pipeline, and placement information in recruiting systems. Support scheduling, candidate follow-up, onboarding, and placement updates. Assist with weekly payroll processes and help resolve discrepancies. Provide additional recruiting and operational support as needed. Ideal Candidate Strong sourcing, research, communication, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable with proactive candidate outreach and engaging passive talent. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Able to manage multiple searches, pipelines, and recurring responsibilities. Quick to learn new roles, industries, technologies, and terminology. Comfortable working with recruiting systems, payroll information, and standard office software. Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable using AI-enabled tools. Recruiting, ATS, sourcing, experience is a plus. Why Join Us?
