Customer Service Quality Specialist

A company is looking for a Customer Service Quality Surge Specialist to work from home in San Antonio, TX. Key Responsibilities Review and evaluate interactions by Customer Service Surge Representatives to ensure compliance with standards Perform audits of calls and chats to assess adherence to child support policies and agency standards Provide coaching and feedback to CSRs to enhance their performance and identify areas for improvement Required Qualifications and Education High school diploma or equivalent with at least two years of experience in quality assurance or related fields Experience in an operational or supervisory role is preferred Fluency in English is required Proficiency in standard computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
