Unit Information: D100 MED-SURG/TELE Location: Catholic Medical Center Address: Floor:D100 Building: General Information Tell us about the unit(s): • Number of Beds - 47 • Number of Staff - 65 • Type of staff: o Day Shift - 1 Charge RN/CNC, 9-10 nurses, 4 LNA's, 1 Monitor Tech, 1 Secretary o Night Shift - 1 Charge RN/CNC, 9 nurses, 4 LNA's, 1 Monitor tech • Patient Ratios - 1:4-5 on days, 1:5 on nights • Type of equipment - Alaris Pumps, Bladder scanners, Atrium chest tube drainage systems, Dinamaps, Vein finder, etc • EMR - Sunrise • Patient Population - Med-surg tele, moderate acuity.
