What You Will Do Lead and develop a team of 1+ direct reports. Provide exemplary service to residents and team members. Manage all aspects of property maintenance including vendor relationships, service staff, preventative maintenance, apartment turns, and resident service requests. Communicate property maintenance and capital needs to management and ensure they are addressed. Ensure the property follows AIR operating procedures/guidelines, regulations, and other compliance matters including those related to Environmental Health & Safety. Manage budget efficiently to maximize return on investment while maintaining highest level of quality and customer service. What You Have At least 3 years of experience with technical maintenance and facilities management in the property management industry. 1-3 years of experience leading a team of people in customer service and asset maintenance. Reliable mode of transportation. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, 7-day work weeks (depending on community needs and seasonality), and on-call shifts (at least one week a month). Comfort with physical activity and ability to move heavy equipment and machinery. Ability to read, write, and speak English. Who You Are Strong mechanical aptitude. Solution-focused. Practical.
