Work Environment

As a remote-based LCSW, you will be integral to our outpatient mental health clinic, operating within a Hospice Center. Our team is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and resources to ensure effective communication and treatment delivery. Key Responsibilities

In your role as an LCSW, you will:

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments, using a range of assessment tools to evaluate individual patient needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on established best practices and incorporate solution-focused interventions.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailoring approaches to meet client preferences and goals.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all relevant laws.
• Work collaboratively with fellow healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to guarantee an integrated care approach that addresses all facets of patient health.
• Participate in regular supervision and peer review meetings to improve service delivery and enhance care quality.
• Educate and support patients and families on mental health matters, treatment choices, and available community resources.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and developments in mental health and apply relevant findings to your clinical practice.
• Manage a full caseload of patients, ensuring timely and clinically effective treatment outcomes, while adhering to the ethical standards of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position focuses on a diverse array of patients facing psychological challenges and complex emotional situations related to hospice care. You will work closely with clients grappling with grief, depression, anxiety, and adjustment issues, ensuring that each individual receives personalized, empathetic support tailored to their unique circumstances.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience, with a strong emphasis on providing psychotherapy services.
• Proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and interventions.
• Demonstrated excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• A proven ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in hospice, palliative care, or similar settings.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary in the range of $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
