Key Responsibilities

As an LCSW with Hollow Bay Wellness, you will have a broad range of responsibilities that include:

• Conducting individual and family therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients in a hospice setting.
• Performing comprehensive assessments to develop strength-based treatment plans that align with short-term and long-term goals.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) system, adhering to HIPAA standards.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and case managers, to enhance patient care and develop integrated treatment strategies.
• Participating in weekly clinical meetings for case consultations and ongoing professional development.
• Engaging with clients and families with empathy, respect, and sensitivity to their cultural and contextual needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on patients in hospice care, requiring a deep understanding of the emotional and psychological needs associated with end-of-life experiences. Qualifications

• A valid and unrestricted LCSW license in California.

Compensation and Benefits

Hollow Bay Wellness offers a competitive compensation package that ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefits include:
