Senior Total Rewards Manager, LATAM
BIC Corporation
BIC World is seeking a Group Total Rewards professional to lead compensation and benefits across Mexico, Brazil, and the LATAM region. You will partner with HR to simplify and harmonize programs, ensure proper levelling of new roles, and oversee annual salary reviews and corporate bonus processes.
The role requires strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced multinational FMCG company, including cross-functional collaboration and strong data skills.
