Job Details Location: Portland, OR 97216 Schedule: Rotating shifts, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN); RN licensure in Oregon; BLS or HS-BLS or RQIBLS certification from approved vendor; EPIC experience required; minimum of 0 years of experience Preferred Qualifications: Acute care facility experience in medical-surgical or telemetry units Essential Functions: Collects relevant patient data, analyzes assessment information, develops and implements care plans, evaluates progress, collaborates with patient and healthcare team, provides patient education, participates in discharge planning, delegates tasks appropriately, and performs other related duties Start Date: 09/14/2026 Additional Information: All associates are required to receive all mandated vaccinations as a condition of employment, with exemptions considered for medical or religious reasons.
