We're seeking an HR Assistant / Receptionist to support a local company we are partnering with on recruiting, onboarding, and daily HR administration while helping maintain a friendly and professional front office. This is primarily a temporary opportunity with potential for long-term consideration for the right person.

What You'll Do

Recruiting & Onboarding

• Assist with candidate sourcing, job postings, and interview coordination
• Schedule and help plan virtual and in-person interviews
• Support new hire orientation and onboarding
• Prepare and process new hire and offboarding paperwork

HR & Administrative Support

• Maintain employee records and documentation
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR Director
• Assist with employee communications and engagement activities
• Help coordinate office events, meetings, and celebrations
• Handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion

Reception & Front Office Support

• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate team member
• Answer, screen, and route incoming calls
• Manage the conference room calendar
• Keep the reception and conference room areas organized and presentable

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of HR support, or related experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office programs
• Associate's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
• Availability to work Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch
