Compensation: $35.80-$43.35/hr

Pellitteri Waste Systems is seeking an experienced and dependable On-Site Service Technician to join our team at our Emmet (Watertown) location. This position is responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet of trailers and assisting with repairs on Class A semi tractors to ensure safe and reliable operation.

Responsibilities:

• Perform minor and major repairs on a fleet of 100+ trailers
• Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, brake, suspension, and ABS system issues
• Complete repairs on 5+ Class A semi tractors as needed
• Identify and source replacement parts and materials required for repairs
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with applicable regulations
• Perform service calls for emergency breakdowns

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of truck and trailer repair experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• ABS brake system knowledge required
• Ability to perform both minor and major trailer repairs independently
• Must provide your own tools and toolbox
• CDL is highly preferred and considered a valuable asset
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
