About the Role
We're looking for a driven Strategic Account Manager to grow and manage relationships with automotive dealership groups while identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing partnerships.
This is a highly consultative sales role focused on both hunting for new business and growing revenue within an existing book of accounts.
What You'll Do

• Develop and execute strategic growth plans for your territory and account portfolio.
• Build relationships with franchise automotive dealerships and dealer groups.
• Identify and close new business opportunities.
• Drive upsell and retention opportunities within existing accounts.
• Conduct business reviews and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
• Partner with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to maximize client results.
• Monitor account performance and proactively address risks.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by sharing industry trends and best practices.
• Travel to meet with clients and prospects as needed.

What We're Looking For
Required

• 3+ years of experience selling to franchise automotive dealerships.
• Experience prospecting and generating new business.
• Experience selling paid search or digital advertising solutions.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing performance metrics.
• Ability to communicate complex digital strategies in a simple, client-friendly way.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to travel up to 60-70%.
• U.S. residency required.

Preferred

• Automotive agency experience.
• Google Ads and Google Analytics expertise.
• Salesforce CRM experience.
• Experience with SEO, Meta Advertising, and Microsoft Ads.

Compensation
Base Salary: $80,000-$90,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $140,000-$150,000
