Community Programs Lead — After-School & Wellness

Cesar Chavez Foundation

The Cesar Chavez Foundation seeks a Community Service Coordinator in Pomona to oversee Si Se Puede Community Center programs. You will manage afterschool activities, resident services, meal distribution, and outreach while supervising residents, volunteers, and interns. The role requires strong organizational skills, willingness to engage with the community, and the ability to create partnerships across sites.
