Superior Hospice is seeking an experienced Hospice RN Float to support admissions, liaison activities, and clinical coverage across a 21-County service area in the Greater Twin Cities Metro Area. This role blends patient care with outreach and care transitions to strengthen referral relationships and improve timely admissions.
