Project Manager, Supply Chain OperationsFull-Time, Monday-Friday; Normal Business HoursLocation: Downers Grove, IL; HybridThe Project Manager, Supply Chain Operations leads the planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional Procurement and Strategic Sourcing initiatives, ensuring projects stay on scope, on schedule, and aligned with departmental priorities. This role partners closely with category managers, sourcing leads, and business stakeholders to coordinate timelines, track deliverables, and drive initiatives from kickoff through successful implementation.Major ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & ExecutionLead the end-to-end planning and execution of Procurement projects across direct and indirect spend categories, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, on budget, and to scope.Plan, manage, and execute Procurement projects across direct and indirect spend categories, in collaboration with leadership, contracted service providers, and vendorsCoordinate and lead planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and required internal and external stakeholder involvementDevelop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resourcing plans to support successful executionConduct risk analysis to proactively identify and mitigate potential obstacles, delays, and cost impactsConduct periodic scope, schedule, and cost reviews using industry best practices, recommending adjustments as neededMeasure and track project performance and progress throughout the project lifecycleMaintain a portfolio view of active and upcoming Procurement projects to support prioritization and resource planningStakeholder Engagement & CommunicationPartner with Procurement leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, manage expectations, and keep project status visible across the organization.Partner with Strategic Sourcing and Supply Chain Operations to prioritize and manage the project pipelineManage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle to maintain productive, engaged relationshipsProactively manage project communication, including weekly project notes, trackers, progress reports, and other documentation as neededProvide summarized project plan documentation to departmental managers and other stakeholders as neededCollaborate with and lead cross-functional teams to deliver results on schedule and within budgetImplement communication strategies around operational changes affecting Procurement and other departmentsContract & Documentation ManagementSupport the administrative and contractual foundation of Procurement projects, ensuring accurate records and well-managed vendor relationships.Manage related service contracts in partnership with Procurement and Operations leadership and other functional leaders within DulyDocument project activities, obstacles, costs, and outcomes to maintain a clear project history and support future planningTrack and report on realized value, cost savings, and other project outcomes to demonstrate impactSupport continuous improvement of project management tools, templates, and methodology across the Procurement functionMinimum Education and Experience RequiredLevel of EducationBachelor's DegreeField of StudyBusiness, Finance, Supply chain, or other related fieldYears of Experience4-7 YearsDescribe Type of ExperienceCategory or Project Management Experience, Preferably in a healthcare settingMinimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA)Working knowledge of GPO contracting, purchase order lifecycle management, and Category Management StrategiesHigh proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reportingExcellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clinical staff, vendors, and department leadershipExperience delivering on aggressive savings targetsUnderstanding of working capital and driving payment term extensionsExcellent communication and influencing skills — comfortable engaging stakeholders at all levels, including executivesHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneouslyStrong negotiation skills with experience structuring and managing contracts end-to-endIf you are committed to putting our patients first and helping shape the future of care, you belong at Duly. The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $67,953.60-101,930.40, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools may be used in some portions of the candidate review process for this position, however, all employment decisions will be made by a person.
