Head of People Operations

Leading a high-impact People team, the full-time Head of People Operations will serve as a strategic partner to the COO and executive team, driving people strategy and systems while managing people operations and enhancing employee experience in a remote environment. Key responsibilities: Collaborate with the COO and executive team to refine organizational structures and strengthen leadership capabilities Own and optimize people operations systems, ensuring compliance with employment laws and managing the operational infrastructure Lead, mentor, and support the People team, setting strategic direction for operations and employee engagement Required qualifications: 8+ years of progressive HR/People experience in a high-growth tech or startup environment Proven experience in building and managing people operations teams Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employment law, and global workforce planning Experience advising and influencing C-suite executives Data-driven approach to decision-making with expertise in HRIS systems and metrics
