About the Role:

Join Total Patient Primary Care of Ocala Inc as a Primary Care Medical Provider (MD/DO) and make a meaningful impact on the health and wellness of our community. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide high-quality care in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• someone to head our new primary care clinic
• Manage chronic and acute medical conditions with a focus on preventative care.
• Perform routine physical examinations and diagnostic tests.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
• Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulations.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance practice efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest medical advancements and best practices.

Requirements:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Active medical license in the state of Florida.
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in primary care or relevant field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster patient relationships.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to providing patient-centered care with empathy and respect.
• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
