Facilities Coordinator

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our Scottsdale office. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth workplace experience for employees by managing physical mail workflows, coordinating facilities maintenance, and acting as the primary on-site point of contact for office-related matters.

salary: $20 - $23 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Collect all incoming physical mail and deliveries
• Sort, scan, and distribute mail electronically to relevant stakeholders
• Maintain organized records of scanned correspondence
• Handle sensitive and confidential materials appropriately
• Act as the point of contact for all office maintenance issues
• Coordinate with building management and vendors to resolve issues
• Track and follow up on all maintenance requests
• Support preventative maintenance activities

• Conduct routine office walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness and safety
• Coordinate office vendors (cleaning, security, etc.)
• Support office supply management and deliveries
• Assist with ad hoc workplace requests
