Talent Acquisition Sourcer (Entry Level)

M9 Solutions is hiring an Entry Level Talent Acquisition Specialist headquarters, onsite three days per week. No security clearance is required. We are looking for recent college graduates who want to start a career in recruiting. You do not need recruiting experience. We will train you in how federal IT staffing works, including how to find and engage technical talent, how security clearances work, and how to manage a candidate from first contact through their first day. You will work directly with our recruiting and sales team, so you will learn quickly and see the impact of your work. Find candidates for technical roles using our internal database, job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals. Screen candidates by phone and video and learn to assess technical backgrounds and clearance levels. Coordinate interviews and keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process. Help new hires through onboarding and stay in touch with them after they start. Track your activity and results in our applicant tracking system. Over time, take on full-cycle recruiting, including presenting offers and negotiating salary. A bachelor's degree, completed or expected by 12/2026. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, excellent customer service, and phone etiquette. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Internship, part-time, or campus experience in recruiting, HR, sales, customer service, or any role where you worked with people. Interest in the federal government, technology, or the defense community.
