Home Time:

• Weekly 34-hour reset with flexible days off.
• During holiday seasons, time off may vary, with extra time off offered based on freight needs.

Equipment:

• A modern fleet serving dedicated regional routes with reliable equipment designed for active delivery operations throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Active Freight Handling:

• Hand unload trailers using rollers at customer locations. This account is ideal for drivers wanting to stay active and physically engaged while driving, averaging 2-4 loads with 3-4 stops per load.

Pay and Miles:

• Weekly pay ranging from $2,120 to $2,571 with an hourly compensation structure.
• 0-48 months experience: $29-30.50 per hour.
• 49-200 months experience: $31.00 per hour, plus safe and on-time bonus.

Running Area:

• Regional routes starting in McMinnville, OR, covering Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Western Montana.
• Both day and night shifts available with no set shift schedule.

Schedule:

• Flexible scheduling with both day and night operations based on customer needs and freight demands, providing variety in daily work routines.
