Deposit Operations Specialist
Midland States Bank
Midland States Bank seeks a Deposit Operations Specialist to support accurate, compliant processing of deposit accounts for our community-focused customers. In this role, you will handle daily deposit transactions, ACH, wires, and check processing, while reconciling accounts and resolving exceptions. You’ll help ensure regulatory compliance, monitor for fraud, and provide responsive support to branches and internal teams. Working in a collaborative, relationship-based culture, you’ll contribute to process improvements and gain growth opportunities across community banking operations.
