About the Position

Job Title: RN - Wound Care Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Wound Care Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum of 1 year required License: Pending License accepted Certifications: Wound Ostomy Care certification required BCLS and NIH required Must-Have: Orientation Hours: 40 Weekend Requirement: 1 shift every 6 weeks Description: Responsible for VAC changes and dressing changes. Perform as a rover for photos of wounds. Required to have experience with peritoneal dialysis. Unit accepts first-time travelers. Clinician may float within the scope to meet facility needs. No call requirement. No accommodation for block schedules. No local candidates accepted within a 75-mile radius. All travelers will float within their service line. Compliance is required before the initial start date. Must obtain ACLS certification if working within specific facilities. Travelers must ensure their facial hair allows for proper fit testing or will need to shave. Completion of required modules is mandatory.
