Housing Case Manager

Nashville Public Radio

OCES is expanding services to the south shore area and seeks a Housing Specialist to work with our Housing team on-site. The role focuses on linking residents to community programs, coordinating multidisciplinary care, and managing emergency services while developing outreach and social program plans. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in human services (elder population preferred), a Bachelor's in Social Work or related field, and is open to bilingual requirements for one location. #J-18808-Ljbffr
