The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining flexibility and excellent communication skills. We are a multispecialty ASC performing a wide range of procedures, including: Total Joint Replacement Sports Orthopedics Orthopedic Hand Surgery Gynecology General Surgery Pain Management We’re Looking For: Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices Prior Preoperative and Postoperative Care, Pre-Admission Testing (PAT), and Endoscopy procedures experience preferred Current certification in BLS required BSN preferred IV therapy proficiency (essential) Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Familiarity with hybrid EMR systems; EPIC experience preferred Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills Position Details: Part Time, 24 hrs a week, Monday-Friday Hours 7am-5pm, but may vary due to surgery schedule What You’ll Do: · As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. · Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
