You will lead and motivate community staff members to provide services to residents and maintain a high level of resident satisfaction. You will also be responsible for recruiting, hiring, onboarding, managing, and providing feedback to associates.What we can offer you:Opportunities for career growthTotal rewards benefits packageCell phone allowanceFamily health insurance, 401(k) match, Vacation, Personal Days, and Sick timeCustomized training programsAssociate referral bonus planDiverse, equitable, and inclusive work environmentA culture that empowers you to make a differenceWhat you’ll do to make a difference:Motivate associates through recognition programs, training, and team buildingEnsure team meets BAL strategic driversTrain staff members on proper leasing techniques and resident serviceEnsure property performance is maximized, including walking the grounds and inspecting apartmentsTour visitors and guests to show amenities, apartments, models, community, etc. (this may involve walking on hills and up and down 3 flights of stairs)Conduct regular performance appraisals and address any employee relations or associate concernsMaintain complete and accurate associate files and a high level of associate satisfaction, measured by periodic surveysConduct weekly meetings with leasing and maintenance staffDevelop and administer community budget, and evaluate unit prices in accordance with the market and budget goalsDevelop an annual marketing plan and conduct marketing reviews monthlyObtain bids for all contract services and oversee routine capital projects, coordinate with Construction Services, as necessaryHold responsibility for 35% of leasing activitiesRegular attendance and punctualityWhat you bring to our team:BA/BS in business, sales, or related field, relevant experience, or a combinationSuccessful supervisory experience3+ years’ experience in a property management role preferredThe ability to build, lead, and serve on teamsStrong marketing skills requiredAdvanced mathematical skills and ability to analyze and explain financial reportsStrong working knowledge of MS Office Suite including MS ExcelSuperior interpersonal skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer serviceStrong time management skills and the ability to multi-task requiredKnowledge of Yardi Voyager, or other similar programs preferredDemonstration of Bell Core ValuesPhysical requirements of the job:Walking, bending, reaching, climbing, and lifting to 30 lbs.Ability to work with mechanical and electrical equipment, as well as hazardous materialsMust be comfortable with heights and moving heavy objects#LI-KS1Compensation RangeAnnual Salary: $95,000.00 - $100,000.00Incentive compensation opportunities are available and are performance based.About Bell PartnersOur purpose at Bell Partners is to create communities our residents are proud to call home.
