Behavioral Health Case Manager

ViaQuest Behavioral Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Case Manager in Middletown, OH. This full-time or part-time, on-site role offers $18-$21 per hour.
You will provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services, develop treatment plans, coordinate services, support crisis prevention, and maintain positive relationships with clients and outside contacts. Requirements: 18+, Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (or relevant experience), valid driver's license, and willingness to travel
