Medical Practice Operations Leader

CO11 Children's Health Service Network (CHSN)

Cincinnati Children's in Springboro is seeking an Operations Manager for the Primary Care department. The role provides leadership on initiatives, plans, and programs, and has full P&L responsibility for the practice. You will oversee staffing, scheduling, payroll, revenue cycle, and vendor management, while collaborating with departments to ensure efficient patient services and compliant operations.
