What You'll Do (Responsibilities) Comprehensive Periodontal Care: Deliver exceptional dental hygiene therapies, meticulous digital charting, scaling and root planing (SRP), and soft-tissue maintenance. Patient Education: Take the time to guide and educate patients on custom home-care routines, preventative health, and systemic links. Collaborative Diagnosis: Partner directly with Dr. Gregson and Dr. Indhya to review digital records and build conservative, personalized treatment plans. Pristine Standards: Maintain an efficient, comforting room turnover flow while following absolute sterilization and infection control protocols. What We're Looking For (Qualifications) Licensure: Current Oregon Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in good standing. Certifications: Active BLS/CPR certification. Technical Skills: Experience with modern digital charting Open Dental, and digital radiography is a major plus. Soft Skills: Warm, family-oriented interpersonal skills that help patients feel safe, heard, and valued. This is a safety-sensitive role and requires passing a drug screen.
