Your Role as a Registered Dental Hygienist As a Registered Dental Hygienist, you will provide preventive care, patient education and compassionate treatment while collaborating with dentists, dental assistants and other clinical team members. Key Responsibilities Perform dental cleanings and periodontal treatments. Evaluate patients' oral health and communicate clinical findings with the dentist and clinical team. Take and document dental radiographs as appropriate. Educate patients about oral hygiene, preventive care and recommended home care. Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation. Follow infection-control, safety and clinical protocols. Collaborate with dentists, dental assistants and other team members. Create a positive, comfortable and professional patient experience. Qualifications Current Wisconsin dental hygiene license or eligibility for Wisconsin licensure. Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to compassionate, high-quality patient care. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative dental environment. Experienced hygienists and new graduates are welcome to apply.
