What You’ll Do

• Support cardiothoracic surgeons in routine and complex surgeries
• Assist with preoperative preparations and intraoperative support
• Utilize robotic surgical equipment during procedures
• Provide post-operative care and patient management
• Document procedures accurately using Epic EMR
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members including RNs and support staff
• Maintain compliance with all licensing and credentialing standards

What You Need

• Active state licensure in Wisconsin
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• DEA license
• At least 2 years of cardiothoracic surgical assisting experience
• Strong knowledge of adult cardiothoracic patient care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
