Recruit, interview, and place top talent. Build and maintain strong client and employee relationships. Handle HR tasks: onboarding, scheduling, attendance, performance discussions. Drive business growth through sales strategies and creative recruiting. Collaborate with your team to hit shared goals. Represent Express in the community and promote our mission: Helping people find great jobs by helping companies find great people.
