Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience as a Paraprofessional or Instructional Assistant preferred
• Confidence managing small groups or providing one-on-one assistance
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to various classroom settings and changing schedules
• Professional and positive attitude with a genuine passion for student success

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in daily classroom activities and lesson execution
• Provide direct support to students with instructional tasks and assignments
