Job Title: Hospitality Systems Product Manager

Location: South Florida

Type: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire

Target Salary Upon Conversion: $140,000 - $160,000

We are partnering with a hospitality organization seeking a Hospitality Systems Product Manager to serve as a key technology partner across Revenue Management, Group Sales, Reservations, Call Center, and other operational teams. This role will focus on ensuring the applications and systems supporting these areas align with business needs and help improve day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of hospitality operations along with hands-on experience working with hotel technology platforms. You’ll work across business teams, IT, and third-party vendors to identify needs, improve existing systems, and successfully deliver technology enhancements and projects.

Your role:

Hospitality Systems & Business Partnership

• Serve as a technology partner for Revenue Management, Group Sales, Reservations, Call Center, and related operational teams
• Work directly with business leaders to understand operational needs and technology requirements
• Translate business challenges into practical system enhancements and technology solutions
• Build strong relationships with operational stakeholders and provide guidance on technology-related decisions

Applications & Product Management

• Manage and prioritize application enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and implementations
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and increase the value of existing hospitality technology
• Help ensure hotel applications continue to meet changing operational and business requirements
• Coordinate priorities across business stakeholders, IT teams, and technology vendors

Projects & Implementations

• Support and lead technology implementations, system upgrades, and integration initiatives
• Participate in testing, deployment, training, and change management for new functionality
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to keep projects moving forward
• Help troubleshoot application issues and drive them through resolution

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Partner with operational users, IT teams, senior leadership, and third-party technology providers
• Manage vendor relationships related to hospitality applications and technology initiatives
• Communicate project needs, priorities, issues, and solutions clearly across technical and non-technical audiences
• Serve as a trusted resource between the business and technology teams

What you’ve got:

• Strong technology experience within a hotel, resort, casino resort, or similar hospitality environment
• Experience working with OPERA, Infor, or other major property management and hotel technology platforms
• Knowledge of systems supporting Revenue Management, Group Sales, Reservations, Call Center, or related hospitality operations
• Experience supporting software implementations, integrations, upgrades, and vendor relationships
• Ability to understand operational challenges and translate them into effective technology solutions
• Strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable partnering with both operational users and senior leadership
• Ability to work primarily in South Florida with periodic travel to the Bahamas

Preferred:

• Experience with Agilysys hospitality technology
• Broad understanding of hotel property management and reservation systems
• Experience supporting technology across multiple hospitality business functions
• Background working in large-scale resort or complex hospitality environments
• Experience coordinating projects involving both internal teams and external technology vendors



Travel: Periodic travel to the Bahamas, approximately one week every couple of months.
