As the primary owner of Oracle Fusion, you will drive strategic system implementation, optimization, and innovation while working with cross-functional teams across the enterprise. This position offers excellent growth potential and the chance to work with cutting-edge technology in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead Oracle Fusion implementation and migration from CMIC, including system configuration, data transition, and change managementServe as the technical subject matter expert, managing system administration, maintenance, and performance optimizationDrive process improvements through workflow optimization, system integrations, and data analysisBuild strong stakeholder relationships and facilitate effective communication between technical teams, end users, and leadershipDevelop and maintain the Oracle Fusion roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy while staying current with best practicesREQUIREMENTS:Bachelor 's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, with 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion implementation and managementProven experience in ERP migration projects, particularly from CMIC, with strong technical expertise in system administration and integrationDemonstrated leadership abilities with excellent project management, communication, and analytical skillsExperience with Oracle Fusion modules, middleware technologies, and data managementOracle Fusion Applications certification required; Solar EPC or construction experience preferred
