You already know how to sell something hard.

If you have sold weight loss, personal training, gym memberships or marketing services, you have spent your days asking people to change their lives. Most of them said no, and you kept going anyway. That is the hardest selling there is, and it is exactly why we want to talk to you.

Here is what we do. 7Realty shows renters that owning a home is possible for them. Most of them have been told a home is for someone else. We run our own ads, buyers raise their hand, and a real person calls them and shows them it is not out of reach. Everything we do is in house and built for scale.

Here is our problem. We have too many leads and not enough sales capacity. Buyers are asking for a call right now, and we need the people who make it, and will then stay to grow with us.

That is where you come in. As our appointment setter, you call new, interested buyers within 60 seconds of their opt-in. You nurture them and give value until they answer. Then you book the appointment with our closer, and the closer takes it from there. You never cold call, because every buyer has already been through our "lead microwave" before they reach you. You do not need a real estate license, and you never show homes or talk contracts or terms. Your whole job is the first conversation.

Compared with what you have been selling, this is the easy sell. The buyer asked first, and a new home sells itself.

We are building a kill team, not a headcount, and it is not for everyone. Three things decide whether you fit. The first is unreasonable optimism: you are so certain you will win that a full day of hearing no does not shake you. The second is cognitive singularity: you put one target in front of you and give it your whole mind, and you are the same person at work, at home and when no one is watching. The third is constructive impatience: if something can be done today, you do it today. Then comes volume, because a value only counts when you do it a lot. That means more calls, more reps and more tries than most people think is reasonable. If that sounds exhausting, this is not your job. If it sounds like you, keep reading.

This is a path, not just a job. You start as a junior appointment setter and move up to setter and senior setter. From there you can cross over to closer, then sales manager, VP of sales and beyond. We help you map it, we coach you on your calls, and we reimburse your gym membership. Hit your goals and health insurance and a 401(k) match open up. You work directly with Nick, our founder, not three layers under him.

We move fast, and that includes hiring. The whole process takes less than one week: a group interview, a one-on-one call, then an in-person meeting with Nick.

The details: this is a 1099 contract role, hybrid and based in Valdosta, GA. Hours are 8am-7pm. Pay is $100 per appointment set and 700$ per closing. No real estate license is needed.
