Licensed Occupational Therapist (Certified Hand Therapist)We're hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist (Certified Hand Therapist) for a full-time role with one of our trusted clients. Your skills will support patients on their journey to healing and independence.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.Active Florida Occupational Therapy license is required to start the position.Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential required for this position.Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred.Experience working with pediatric populations is a plus for the Starke clinic; pediatric care is optional based on clinician interest.Familiarity with WebPT or similar EMR systems preferred.BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.BenefitsPTO: 15 days for new graduates with accrual up to approximately 6 weeks depending on tenure.Sick time: 48 hours accrued.Major holidays observed, including Friday after Thanksgiving as PTO.Paid time for certain office functions: 2 days fully paid.Continuing education: 5 days CEU and up to $2,000 reimbursement for motivated clinicians.Full-time clinic support: dedicated full-time tech in each clinic.Location HighlightsDiscover Starke, FL and nearby Melrose as convenient bases with regional recreation and community amenities.
