- Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain the general ledger
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process payroll and support multi-state payroll tax compliance
- Review expense reports and sales commission calculations
- Assist with annual audit preparation
- Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules
- Identify process improvements and resolve accounting discrepancies
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- Experience with month-end close and general ledger accounting
- Payroll experience (multi-state preferred)
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with budgeting, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Self-starter who enjoys working independently in a collaborative environment
