Position requires a degree in Speech-Language Pathology, eligibility to begin the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) under ASHA supervision, and eligible for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
Blazer Jobs is excited to offer contract opportunities for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Clinical Fellows (CFY) for the 2026–2027 school year. These roles are available near Hialeah, FL, with one of Florida’s largest districts. Candidates can select from onsite, hybrid, and travel positions, making this an ideal choice for those seeking professional flexibility. Travel professionals can take advantage of tax-free stipends, expanding your career prospects while exploring a new area. Supervision for SLP-CF is already in place, so recent graduates will receive excellent support in their clinical practice. Seasoned SLP-CCCs and enthusiastic SLP-CFs are both encouraged to apply.
Compensation follows an hourly range from $55 to $60, reflecting your experience and qualifications as a key member of the school’s multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Florida state licensure (or eligibility in process)
- Willingness to work onsite, hybrid, or travel, as needed
- Ability to collaborate with educators and families in a student-centered environment
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY welcome; supervision for CFY provided
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose communication and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
- Deliver therapy services in group and one-on-one sessions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Actively participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
