Join Our Team at OAK Therapy - Now Hiring: Bilingual Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP or CF) Location: Coral Gables, FL Schedule: Monday–Friday | Primarily 2:00 PM–7:00 PM, with opportunities to expand hours over time. At OAK Therapy, we believe children learn best through connection, play, movement, and meaningful relationships. We are looking for a warm, energetic, child-led Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate about supporting neurodivergent children and their families in a collaborative, relationship-based environment. What You’ll Do Provide individualized, play-based speech, language, and feeding therapy. Support children with a variety of communication profiles, including language delays, Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS), articulation and phonological disorders, AAC users, Gestalt Language Processors, and autistic children. Collaborate closely with our Occupational Therapy team to provide holistic, sensory-informed care. Coach and empower families through education and collaborative goal setting. Participate in ongoing mentorship, team collaboration, and professional growth opportunities. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish. Passion for child-led, neurodiversity-affirming practice. Experience or strong interest in: Early Intervention Pediatric Feeding Therapy AAC Childhood Apraxia of Speech (DTTC preferred) PROMPTHanen Myofunctional Therapy SOS Approach to Feeding Not trained in all of these?
