Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic screenings to determine patients' mental health needs and devise tailored treatment approaches. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each client's unique goals and circumstances, employing evidence-based methodologies. Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic modalities designed to foster emotional resilience and personal growth. Engage in regular collaboration with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure an integrated approach to care for each client. Educate and support families of clients, helping them understand treatment processes and encouraging their active participation in the recovery journey. Maintain precise and confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines, ensuring the integrity of client information. Patient Population / Client Focus The ideal candidate for this position will be directly involved with a diverse population, comprising individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health conditions, from anxiety and depression to more complex psychological disorders. Qualifications A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required. A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is essential. Demonstrated expertise in mental health counseling with specific training in evidence-based practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, crucial for effective teamwork and client interaction. Preferred Experience A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting working with mental health clients is required.
