Licensed Practical Nurse - Northampton, MA Job Description CareOne at Northampton is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide quality nursing care for residents in a skilled nursing setting. The position offers both full‑time and part‑time shifts, with competitive compensation ranging from $34.00 to $49.00 per hour, depending on experience, credentials, and shift differentials. Shifts 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee the nursing process for assigned residents. Provide direct and indirect care according to individual nursing and medical plans. Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants and licensed nurses within the assigned unit. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and accepted nursing standards. Position Requirements Graduate of a credentialed nursing school. Currently licensed as a nurse in the state of practice.
