Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities Able to perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members. Lead team meetings, deliver training for the mandatory training schedule, adhere to mandatory mandatory self-assessments, and maintain a welcoming culture across the restaurant. The manager is the point of contact for safety and sanitation procedures, compliance with company standards, and operational excellence. The manager leads guest feedback reviews and implements action plans to improve the guest experience. Additionally, the manager communicates restaurant priorities, goals and results to the team; conducts new product roll‑outs and associated marketing; creates safe and secure environment;> Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation requirements. Control costs to help maximize profitability. Complete inventory on a periodic basis as determined by the franchisee. Complete the weekly labor schedule ensuring all shifts are staffed to meet guest demand and service standards. Complete DCP and other vendor orders. Conduct self‑assessments and develop corresponding action plans. Ensure the restaurant budget is met as determined by the franchisee. Manage cash over/short in the restaurant and ensure team members follow franchisee cash‑management procedures. Engage with Dunkin’ Brands Field Operations team as appropriate. Management Responsibilities Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop restaurant team members. Plan, monitor, appraise, and review employee performance. Coach restaurant team members to drive sales, improve profitability, and enhance guest satisfaction. Qualifications Basic computer skills. Fluent in spoken and written English. Basic math and financial management skills. Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality. College degree preferred. Strong analytical skills and business acumen. Works well with others in a fun, fast‑paced team environment. Demonstrates punctuality, honesty, and a positive attitude; willing to learn and embrace change. Ability to train and develop a team. Guest focused mindset. Time‑management, problem‑solving, and motivating others. Physical Demands / Working Conditions Standing on feet. Repetitive motion including bending, stooping, and reaching.
