This role plays an important part in creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and team members. Maintenance Assistant / Porter - Summary: Ensures the maintenance and upkeep of the building and grounds through routine procedures and special work orders. This position reports to the Director of Plant Operations. Maintenance Assistant / Porter - Requirements: A High School Diploma or General Education Degree; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
