ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Since opening the agency in 2017, we've built a team-focused environment where people are encouraged to grow, succeed, and enjoy coming to work each day. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in a corporate environment before pursuing agency ownership through the Aspirant Program.

I graduated from Clemson University with a Business degree and am proud to be a fourth-generation Clemson graduate. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, spending time outdoors, following sports, and staying involved in the community. I currently serve as a Board Member for Pickens Habitat for Humanity and actively support local nonprofits and community initiatives.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager for Daniel Webber - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
