What You'll Do — Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As a Work-from-Home Customer Care Specialist, you will:

• Connect with company-provided warm leads and existing clients.

• Schedule and conduct virtual client appointments through Zoom.

• Build professional relationships with individuals and families.

• Listen to client needs and identify appropriate benefit options.

• Explain available life insurance and supplemental coverage.

• Answer questions about coverage, eligibility, and enrollment.

• Assist qualified clients with electronic applications and enrollments.

• Maintain accurate client information and follow-up records.

• Provide ongoing customer care and relationship management.

• Participate in virtual team meetings, training, and coaching sessions.

• Develop product knowledge, communication skills, and professional expertise.

• Work toward individual performance and client-service goals.

Required Qualifications

Training, Licensing & Equipment

Licensing: Candidates who are not currently licensed will receive guidance on obtaining the required Life and Health insurance license. Licensing, examination, background screening, and applicable state fees are the candidate's responsibility.

Equipment: Representatives must provide their own computer, reliable internet connection, and home-office equipment. The company provides access to its electronic presentation and enrollment systems.

Training is provided at no cost but is not hourly compensated.
