Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt bei der Forschung an einem multimodalen, agentischen KI-System zur automatisierten Erkennung und strukturierten Beschreibung elektronischer Komponenten im Cost Engineering Elektronik.
- Außerdem wirkst du mit bei der Analyse bestehender Cost-Engineering-Prozesse für Leiterplatten, Steuergeräte und elektronische Bauteile sowie bei der Ableitung fachlicher und technischer Anforderungen.
- Darüber hinaus trägst du bei zum Aufbau und zur Aufbereitung heterogener Datengrundlagen, insbesondere PCB-Scans, geometrische Messdaten, Lieferantendokumentationen, Stücklisten, Datenblätter und externe Bauteildatenbanken.
- Du unterstützt bei der Entwicklung textbasierter Verfahren zur Extraktion und Strukturierung von Bauteilparametern aus Datenblättern, Bill of Materials und weiteren technischen Dokumenten.
- Du entwickelst bildbasierte Verfahren zur Erkennung, Segmentierung und Beschreibung elektronischer Komponenten auf Leiterplatten, einschließlich Package-Geometrie, Pin-Konfigurationen und Markierungen.
- Außerdem unterstützt du bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung der Fusion von Text-, Bild- und Messdaten zur Reduktion mehrdeutiger Bauteilhypothesen sowie zur robusten Bauteilidentifikation inklusive Plausibilitätsprüfungen und Confidence Scoring.
- Schließlich wirkst du mit bei der Validierung des Systems anhand gelabelter Datensätze, externer Datenquellen und Konsistenzchecks sowie bei der Entwicklung eines prototypischen Systems mit Anbindung an repräsentative Cost-Engineering-Workflows und Datenbanken.
- Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Masterabschluss in Künstlicher Intelligenz, Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Ingenieurwissenschaften, Data Science, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Python sowie praktische Erfahrung mit Machine Learning, Deep Learning oder datengetriebener Modellierung.
- Erfahrung oder starkes Interesse an Computer Vision, Vision-Language Models, Large Language Models, Transformer-Architekturen, PyTorch, HuggingFace oder vergleichbaren Frameworks.
- Verständnis für strukturierte und unstrukturierte technische Daten, z.B. Datenblätter, Stücklisten, Messdaten, Tabellen und Datenbanken.
- Interesse an elektronischen Komponenten, Leiterplatten, Steuergeräten und deren Bedeutung für Cost Engineering, Lieferantenbewertung und technische Optimierung.
