Order Management Specialist

We are actively seeking a Order Management Specialist to join our growing organization and help us Nurture What You Love! This role’s primary responsibility will bewill be to proactively manage communication, data integrity, and issue resolution between key customers, co-packers, and internal teams to support on‑time, in‑full delivery performance As our Order Management Specialist, you’ll make an impact by: Managingthe end-to-end customer order process, including receipt, entry, validation, and tracking—using Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and ERP systems. Servingas the primary liaison between customers, co-packers, and internal teams (Supply Chain, Sales, Finance) to ensure timely, professional, and aligned communication. Coordinatingoutbound logistics and truck scheduling to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery while avoiding capacity issues. Overseeing and reconcilingpurchase orders, goods receipts, and co-packer inventories to ensure accurate inventory positions and financial reporting. Ensuringpricing compliance, product availability, and adherence to contracts and commercial agreements with co-packers. Investigatingand resolve order‑related issues, delivery discrepancies, customer deductions, chargebacks, and compliance fines according to company policy. What you need to succeed: High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred. 1-3 years of experience in customer service, order management, or related field. Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to analyze data, develop insights, and support reporting needs. Strong written and verbal communication skills; capable of influencing and collaborating across function Effectively communicate in English, in both verbal and written forms What we have for you: A growing team making a difference in the lives of pets and pet families.
