Senior Project Manager - Science, Industrial & Technology

Our client is seeking a skilled Industrial Equipment Painter to join their team and take ownership of painting, refinishing, and light refurbishment of heavy industrial equipment. This is a hands‑on role suited for a painter who takes pride in their craft and brings experience with industrial coatings and surface preparation. The ideal candidate has 2‑3 years of relevant painting experience and a sharp eye for quality and finish. Job Responsibilities Perform hand painting of industrial equipment using appropriate coatings and application techniques. Apply epoxy coatings and other industrial‑grade materials to equipment surfaces as required. Complete light maintenance and refurbishment tasks to restore equipment to operational and cosmetic standards. Prepare surfaces through cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming prior to paint application. Inspect finished work to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to specifications. Handle and store paints, coatings, and related materials in compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to manage workflow and meet project timelines. Job Requirements 2‑3 years of experience painting industrial equipment. Hands‑on experience with epoxy coatings and industrial paint systems. Ability to perform light equipment maintenance and refurbishment work alongside painting duties. Proficiency in surface preparation techniques including sanding, masking, priming, and cleaning. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing a high‑quality finish. Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
