Experienced Litigation Paralegal (Employment Law)

Hybrid Remote | Full-Time

Salary: $60,000–$80,000 annually (DOE)

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with a strong background in employment law to join our growing legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working on complex litigation matters while benefiting from a flexible hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation.
• Draft, prepare, and file legal documents in state and federal courts.
• Manage case files, deadlines, and litigation calendars.
• Conduct legal research and organize discovery.
• Prepare and respond to discovery requests.
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Review and summarize medical, employment, and business records.
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and experts.
• Maintain accurate billing records and case management files.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience .
• Employment law litigation experience required.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures and filing requirements.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
• Paralegal certificate preferred but not required with relevant experience.
