Job Title: Customer Care Specialist Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls professionally, ensuring a fast, accurate, and friendly experience for customers. Resolve customer inquiries, providing education on products and services. Process payments efficiently and accurately. Navigate through multiple computer applications to deliver accurate information. Document customer interactions in a clear and concise manner. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. 1 year of Call Center experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook. Strong interpersonal and typing skills. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
