Our commitment to building and innovating in the AI space provides the framework intended to drive smarter decision making and enhance how we build and operate our platforms and applications.As a member of Point72’s Technology team, we encourage and support your professional development from day one—helping you advance your technical skills, contribute innovative ideas, and satisfy your own intellectual curiosity—all while delivering real business impact for our multi-billion-dollar global business.WHAT YOU’LL DOLead a global enterprise application engineering team that delivers workflow, reporting, and integration solutions for teams across the firmShape the delivery portfolio by translating stakeholder priorities into enhancements, platform improvements, production support, and release plansPartner with business functions, including Investor Relations, charitable foundations, external data sourcing, and recruiting, to design scalable workflow and reporting solutionsGuide hands-on technical delivery for a distributed team, providing leadership during New York afternoon hours when global overlap is limitedManage delivery across full-time employees and consultants globally, balancing capacity, quality, and business prioritiesCoach engineering talent and work closely with the Warsaw-based technical lead to strengthen delivery discipline and technical qualityCollaborate with technical peers across enterprise applications to design and deliver reliable integrations with corporate systemsOversee production support, incident resolution, maintenance, and release planning to keep applications stable and reliableImprove engineering practices for configuration, customization, integrations, testing, documentation, and deploymentWHAT’S REQUIREDExperience managing engineering teams, including software engineers with hands-on expertise in applications such as SalesforceExperience leading global technology teams made up of full-time employees and consultants across multiple regionsExperience guiding engineering execution, quality standards, delivery planning, and team developmentExperience managing a portfolio of enhancements, projects, and production support work for multiple business stakeholdersStrong understanding of architecture, configuration, customization, integrations, release management, and application support practices in applications such as SalesforceAbility to translate business needs into clear technical requirements, delivery plans, priorities, and measurable outcomesExperience integrating applications such as Salesforce with corporate systems, enterprise data platforms, recruiting platforms, workforce systems, and cloud-based infrastructureExcellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust with multiple senior business stakeholdersExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong ownership, prioritization, and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced, distributed environmentCommitment to the highest ethical standardsWE TAKE CARE OF OUR PEOPLEWe invest in our people, their careers, their health, and their well-being. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
